Orange Safeguard Keeps coming back on

Hi everyone please help. I've requested twice for this oronge safeguard to be off and twice that i've recieved a message that its been turned off. But it keeps on coming back on. I can't even go to this forum thru my phone because of that. What do i do?

This is an Orange issue, and not a phone prob - Make sure you delete the sim update and power cycle the phone - I turned Safeguard off on 2 of my 4 phones when it was first introduced a about 3 years ago, and it has never come back on, even after upgrades with new SIMS.

does it come on if you use a 3rd party browser too?
