I have an unbrandred HTC Desire on Orange, Dolphin 25 with the standard 500meg internet bundle.
Do Orange actually charge for using the wifi hotspot app?
Their T&Cs seem to say they do but it seems like they don't judging by what people say on forums.
Can anyone confirm this for certain?
