Ordering options when trying to keep unlimited data

Thanks. I find it annoying I can't use the Verizon 12 month payment plan on this phone. Best Buy has 18 month free financing but they jacked the price to $700 (and then there's tax). Amazon is $650 and is tax free (for most). I'm trying to get them to match Verizon at $599 and utilize their 12 month free financing. Just don't feel like paying Verizon $600 and tax ($36 for me) upfront.
