Help Oreo Bluetooth Issue

G'day everyone!

The Oreo update has ruined bluetooth connectivity in my car. I have a bluetooth receiver as the car doesnt have bluetooth audio. When i connect to the bluetooth receiver, it doesnt play the music, i have to go into the bluetooth settings, select the receiver, toggle it off, then toggle back on for it to reconnect. After i do all this it plays the music.

Is there a way to fix this or a way to roll back to nougat cos oreo is fricken crap!!

I have a similar problem. Ever since I downloaded the Android Oreo update a week or so ago, metadata no longer appears from my Samsung Galaxy S8+ on the screen of my Honda Fit. I used both Pi Player and Samsung Music to experiment, and metadata doesn't appear with those, either.
