Oreo is coming. The UK.

I am with o2. Last night I connected to an o2 guru (online chat) and I asked about the Oreo update. This is what he said:

'As per LG, the update should be available any day in the month of February'.

Anything moving on the update? Ive seen reports as late as June here.

Turns out the o2 guy didn't check what I was asking about. I only got my regular update.
I contacted LG UK, and here is what they told me on 9th-March:

Thank you for your query regarding your LG G6;

Unfortunately as of yet we do not have a release date this is not something we get given before it is released to the general public.

As far as we are aware the Oreo update is still being tested for compatibility with some handsets and as soon as it is released it will be announced on our website and social media platforms.

I am sorry I am unable to give you a definite date however we just do not have one.

I hope the update is soon.
