This is the updated 3.2.3 twrp needed for OREO roms.
Armando has currently updated it, but it does have an issue of not being able to decrypt a encrypted file system so you will need to format (USERDATA) in twrp.
Without this twrp you will not be able to flash oreo Roms!
You may use twrp to update to new version of twrp or use EDL Tool to flash.
UNI is not needed anymore.
