Organizing music and ditching itunes

Any suggestions on a windows based utility to clean up my music? I have about 15,000 files, mostly tagged, some DRM'd via itunes. But I have shit all over the place in dozens of locations.

I want some that will scan everything, organize it the best it can, remove the duplicates, and trash the DRM'd garbage.

Then I can worry about what I want to copy over the my EVO...

Sorry I know this is somewhat off topic, but it's part of my migration plan

Media Monkey may be able to help you with a few of your problems. It worked well when I did/just finishing up my collection that's a bit larger than yours even. I think there is a free version of it as well. Though, I bought the paid version as it was needed for such large collection. I'm thinking $30, or maybe even $20 for it.
