Helo Guys im new in the world of rooting. can anyone help me with my problem on this;

Scenario:

got this china tablet from a friend and it only shows the android screen (green w/ a green man) and its stuck on that part until the battery drain.

what i observe is that when im trying to charge it, the battery indicator telling its charghing doesnt show up, also tried the hard booting clear user data, wipe data then reboot but still the result end up on that screen.

i also tried to study it using piranha box and gives me this info when trying to readinfo
