immediately after swiping the lock screen a black screen blinks and then the home screen appears and suddenly it opens internet sites and too mauch interent is consumed....whats wrong?

That sounds like an app misbehaving.
You don't say which phone you have so it's hard to help. I suggest that you register on Android forms and subscribe to the forum for your phone and ask again there giving as many details as possible.
My course of action would be to boot the phone into safe mode (method depends on type of phone) which stays the phone with only factory installed apps. Then add your apps one by one to find out which is causing the issue. Then uninstal it.
