So I got off a phone call today and was prompted for an update on my Optimus G. I clicked install and my phone rebooted. Upon reboot, i received a picture of the green android guy on its back with a red triangle with an exclamation point in it. No idea what it means but the phone would not update and got stuck in a boot loop and finally restarted after just letting it sit. Any ideas? NOTE: my LS970 is not rooted.

Hello and welcome to the forums. I see you having trouble with android device accepting a ota update. I see your not rooted but did you have access to a wifi if so try it on the wifi cause the phone data sometimes causes it to mess up .
