Help OTA updates?

I have a ZTE Boost Max and recently saw on the device support page that a Kit Kat update was released on the 4th of this month. What is everyone else's experience with Boost Mobiles Ota updates? I find it unbelievable that more than a week after they posted it on their site that it still hasn't been pushed to my phone.

Carriers release updates in stages to everyone, so if Boost started sending out the update last week it could be several more weeks until you receive it. Or you could get it tomorrow, depending on when you're randomly selected.

Yeah, I just wish they would make it available for download. Makes more sense than making people wait weeks for something they've promised since the phone was released.

I doubt it. Hopefully somebody gets it and is able to post it over on the all things root page for the phone.

The messed up thing is that our phones will not be up to date even if we get kitkat remember phones alredy on lollipop

Got KitKat 4.4.2 today 1/21/15 on my wife's Boost Max. All seams good.
