OTG Cable - MiniUSB (socket) to Micro USB (plug)

As per title, where can I get one, or at least all the parts to make my own.
It's to link a USB keyboard with Mini USB plug (used with previous generic Chinese tablet) to my N7

Those are MicroUSB to USB.... OP is asking For MiniUSB to MicroUSB


Motorola made one....for European Phones

Also if you want and adapter and not a cable, you can use something like
