OTG micro 3.0 usb cable speed problem

Hi, so as a thread name says I have a problem with 3.0 OTG speed.

I am using note 3 (SM-N9005) and it has mini usb 3.0 jack. Since this USB should support much higher speeds when transferring data, I have ordered quite cheap OTG 3.0 from eBay (picture 1). When it arrived I decided to check the benchmark differences between 3.0 which I ordered and 2.0 cable which I borrowed from my friend (I was using A1 SD bench app). The results was almost the same from both of the OGT cables with write speed ~18mb/s and read speeds ~33mb/s. For this test I was using my "Patriot rage supersonic 32gb" (picture 2).

After this test, I was disappointed with the result so I ordered better quality 3.0 OTG cable "ORICO®" (picture 3). As you probably understood, I thought that the cable was the problem. As soon as new OTG arrived I again did the test between free of the cables. The new one the old one and again 2.0 cable from my friend. I used the same flash drive and the results, again was the same of all free of those OTG cables.

Then I thought that the USB flash drive might be the problem, so I tried changing the format (exFAT; FAT32). I tested the USB flash drive with all of the formats, and it worked perfectly on my PC reaching speeds up to W:~55mb/s; R:~185mb/s; but none of the formats worked nearly as good with 3.0 OTG cables.

So my question is, how could I reach 3.0 data transfer speeds using OTG 3.0 and my note 3?
