Ott box m8 dowload delete

This is probably a stupid question, but I clicked the kodi download button and nothing happened, I did it two more times. Well now I have 3 of them and I can't figure out how to delete them in settings, file manager, or file browser. Any help would be appreciated.
 
I'm also using a mini wireless keypad, that came with the box, that did not really come with instructions. It doesn't really have a name either just says mini wireless keypad on the box.
