Ott Box Z Super Android TV Box wont boot

A few months back after researching a ton, I dropped a bunch of cash on what was then one of the best specced Android TV Boxes on the market. This is it here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072XF8KB3/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I cant find a website or any forums that offer any kind of troubleshooting let alone a company contact info to try reach out to the manufacturer.

So recently I moved it from one room to another but after plugging it back in it just won't boot up again. The blue LED light is on but apparently, this is a "sleep" state and it means its getting power to the box but I cannot get it to boot. It has no physical on/off button so relies on the remote which also doesn't seem to be able to make it boot. Maybe it's become un-paired? (I don't know how to re-pair it when I cant get it to boot up).

I've tried holding down the internal reset button while powering it back on and still nothing.

I'd appreciate any insights on how to get it to boot, what else to try to factory reset it or how to re-pair my remote if that's the only problem and its not responding to the power on button press from the remote.

Thanks!

You bought it from Amazon? They presumably provide the warranty and support service. The actual Chinese OEM who made it is unknown, which is often the way with these things.

Sounds like it could be faulty and if you only had it a few months, suggest you return it (to Amazon?) for replacement or refund.

Thanks Mike, however it seems the window for returns was only 30 days. I cannot get a response from the seller at all when asking about the product warranty. The amazon listing is "no longer available" however I now see the same seller, selling similar ott boxes with slightly different product branding.
