Ott tv box help

so I purchased the ott tv box and had all the program added to kodi to watch all the movies and tv shows, didnt have it 24 hours and it shut off and when it came back on everything on kodi was gone has this happened to anybody else?

If your device suddenly shut off and KODI wasn't closed down properly, then all your settings will have been lost.

Whenever you make significant and important changes to KODI, back them up and close the app down.

It just takes a few seconds and can save you a lot of time in the future.
