Help Ott TV box, message on screen I cannot remove

hi, please help, I have a message on screen swipe down to exit full screen and cannot remove as it is not touch screen to and not connected to a computer, any ideas welcome! Thanks

Hi all, just worked it out, to resolve activate the cursor button on the remote control, it is on the right hand side just below the central wheel. Activate this and then use the arrows to navigate to on to the on screen ok.
