Outgoing Call Directly connected to skype

[Android Question]

I have an Android Samsung Galaxy S3 run 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Whenever I try to make an outgoing call on my cell phone, it brings up skype to make a call. I never want to make outgoing calls with skype. How do I turn this off and set it back to using my cell carrier to make the call?

If anyone know the solution of this issue please let me know.

System settings, Applications, swipe to All, go to Dialer, scroll down and clear defaults. Next time when making call, system should ask for default app to make call with.
