Like many busy people that have their day filled with Outlook appointments, I miss appointments and am looking for a solution to fix this problem.
I typically have 5-7 appointments in a given day. Some can be missed if I get too busy, but others can cost me a lot of money if I miss them. I like to keep all my appointments in Outlook because it's integrated into my CRM, email and contacts, and don't want to change that.
Pop-up reminders for appointments are useless because I have so many, they become ineffective. Even if I used the Outlook functionality to notify me of meetings by SMS, I would still miss some because SMS message notifications don't grab my attention when I'm in another meeting or staring at my monitor. For me, the only certain way to get my attention is when my phone rings. Is there a way, such as a plug-in or an app, to automatically call myself with the appointment reminder? (I'm using Outlook 2010 and naturally...an Android).
Thanks in advance!
Thanks much,
Rob
