Outlook Express contacts?

How do I import the address book file into Outlook Express? I tried just using the "import" button, but it doesn't work.

A little more info, please? Are you trying to import you phone's address book, Windows address book, or Outlook's / other third party email client address book?

Also, OS (I'm assuming XP)....
