Outlook mail not syncing

Hi I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and my outlook email on my computer will not update on my phone. It is getting new messages but still showing on my phone after I have deleted or moved them into another file on the computer.

What kind of email server do you use? If it's IMAP or Microsoft Exchange then it should behave the way you want. If it's POP3 then what you're experiencing is normal behavior; POP3 isn't capable of synchronizing like that. I suspect that it is POP3.
