Outlook Mail problem

Suddenly I am unable to forward or reply to Outlook messages. I can send and receive messages. I get a prompt saying "Loading Messages and I cannot continue. Verizon could not help, my University IT techs could not help and Samsung took remote control of my phone and could not help. It is a Microsoft Exchange account. HELP
PS how do I log out of the forum

hi!!, first of what Outlook version are you on?, ive seen people that been outdated of that app and starts malfunctioning...tin other words, try to go to the latest version..BUT, sometimes the latest version are the ones that gives you fuzz..if thats the case then i would suggest you trying to go back to the last one was working properly for you..

I have the exact same issue. Started last Thursday after having the phone for 2 years.

Uninstall webview. That has seemed to help others with the issue

Discussed in great detail in this thread.

Go to settings>apps tap on the menu (three dots in the upper right) then select show system apps. Scroll down to Webview (or it might be Android System Webview, depending on your android version) and tap on it. Either uninstall updates or disable it.
