Is there anything out there better than HTC Sync? The HTC Sync is a pain. In order for it to work I have to uninstall and re-install every time.
 
I haven't really seen anything that people have been universally proclaiming as the best Outlook sync option. CompanionLink is one possibility. You might want to search as it's a very frequently discussed topic IIRC.
