Outlook Syncing Issues

I have Outlook 2016 on my laptop, and am trying to sync a secondary Contact Folder (not the standard Contacts folder) named SalesForce to my phone. The sync coming from SalesForce to my Outlook is good to that specific folder, but I can't get my galaxy to pick the correct folder to sync to...it's taking my Contacts folder instead of my SalesForce folder...Any ideas?

It's a company phone and laptop, so I don't have a lot of privileges to put third party programs on either device.

Is this possible to do with standard set-up on phone?

Yes, Outlook is having a glitch related to synchronization..mine is having it, and it's an older version..started happening about a month ago..was thinking if a newer version wouldn't have it..
