Over Sharpening irritating for the eyes

Just because your part of the world is bigger than mine doesn't make it Global.

Anywho... If you think 1080p is too sharp you've got another think coming with 4k.

Check the Google Play Store. I'd bet a dollar there's an app to control your screen resolution in there.

Once you get it try 720p.
 
I suspect the OP is talking about image processing rather than screen resolution. That's a common problem with smartphone cameras, but could be done with UI elements as well - I've not seen one with the screen on so can't say from experience.

If the problem is just with photos then maybe a different camera app might fix it. If they are over-sharpening the UI then it's not so obvious. I don't know whether a screen density change would address that, or what options the phone has; maybe see whether there is anything in the display or accessibility settings.

BTW the Q6 is available in the States as well, as an Amazon Prime exclusive.
