Can i Overclock my Desire 816g and Can Ram can be incresed from 1gb to 2gb????

As far as overclocking, yes with root and the correct kernel.
As far as ram increasing, I'm pretty sure the answer is no.
Devices come with X amount of RAM and without getting into the guts of the device and replacing chips, I think what you have is what you get.
