Owners. Please help

Ok...maybe I'm missing something here. On my I4s and RAZR, you could double tap a web page and it would reconfigure the text, making it bigger to read. When I double tap the S3, it zooms only and I have to scroll from side to side!! Where to I go to change that???? Driving me crazy!!!

if you go to the browser settings and then advanced there is an option to auto-fit pages . now when you zoom in they should be in a better format to read without scrolling left and right

Hmm..I tried this but when I double tap..it zooms in and I would still ned to scroll left and right..any other suggestions?
