Root Package file not signed correctly

I just install three black widow ROM and I tried updating YouTube and talk on the play store it downloads then said package file not signed correctly. I have tried clearing the cache in you tube and talk and play store still same problem. Restated three phone flared phone cache and dalvick cache still doing it.
