Well, Selectel shot itself in the foot last month by banning ESN's of all non-Verizon phones. In other words, you can't activate a flashed Sprint Galaxy S4, or flashed Boost Moto G on Selectel now.
 
Are you sure about this? I just asked two different well known flashing services and both said they still can flash and set up accounts with non Verizon phones. Both said they could easily flash my epic 4g touch to Selectel. They told me I shouldn't believe everything posted on the net. So I don; know what to believe.
