Paid apps wont download

Hey guys,

I tried to buy an app the other day in the Google Play Store and I paid for it and all, but it showed as it hasnt yet been bought. The app didnt show up in my order history, but my bank account showed that I had paid for it. A few hours later I get a refund by google. I tried with multiple apps and nothing worked. Can you guys please help me? Thanks in advance!

So you have an issue with only paid apps? Does the same thing happen with paid apps? (no download/not in order history/refunded later)

Yes only paid apps. Free apps download normally.

Yes free apps download fine, it only happens with paid apps
