Pairing HTC 10 with car - lost messages

I had an HTC One and both texts and emails came through my car. I bought the HTC 10 three weeks ago and paired it with my car. I am receiving text messages but no emails. I spent 1 hour with HTC help and the agent escalated the issue. Any one else with this problem?

I haven't. If you don't mind, what car do you have? Mine works perfectly in a 2016
