Help Pairing problems

Ok here's a glitch in my otherwise fantastic new phone experience. I have a Fiat 500 that has Blue&Me by microsoft. Phone will not pair with it. I'm waiting for the Fiat people to tell me what to do. My Charge paired perfectly with it. My daughter's Apple 4S pairs with it. LG Spectrum 2 will not. I'm going to hate to give it up but I need to be able to use my car's bluetooth.
I'll keep you posted on what Fiat has to say.

Got it fixed. I needed to reset the blue&me by removing a battery cable. hehehe. All set now. Did I mention the great reception on this phone? It picks up lots more than Samsung in the Dead Zones!
