PAL to NTSC DVD convertor???

To play on what? Can you even still buy things that are NTSC resolution?
That's all it is you know? Resolution. If you have any sort of digital media file, you just have to convert 576i to 480i. Any programme that can change resolution... Any half decent media convertor / encoder can do that. You don't need anything to specifically convert from PAL to NTSC. Thats just the broadcast type.

I have pal DVDs that won't play on all of our DVD players, gen 1 xbox and new livingroom TV they will play, 1 bedrooom DVD player the image flips like an old TV, other just refuses to even try. neither is that old.
I want to make a copy that will play in them all, your allowed to back up your own disc.
