Palmary Weather not in market

I tried searching but could not find answer to missing Palmary Weather App. in the market. I had this app installed but as with most it quit working about 6-15-10. I waited a couple days and then decided to un-install and then download the app again to see if that would help. This is when I found that it was no longer in the market. I know from reading posts people are saying there app is working again. Any suggestions on how to get app back. Non-rooted phone Droid 2.1update1 not interested in rooting phone.

Strange ... I just reinstalled it last night via AppBrain after hearing it was fixed, but sure enough it is missing today. It looks like you can get the .apk file from their website though and install from the .apk file.

Palmary Weather does not work because of DDoS attack to our web server. We are trying to find the way to fix the problem.

I wonder if the impact of a bunch of new installs on new Evo's had anything to do with that? Looks like back in March they had some downtime as well due to high demand.

Thanks. I went to web sight and downloaded APK and installed with Astro.
First time to try this and worked great. Thanks again. Wonder if I will get software updates or not like I did from market.
