Apps palying flash in andoid emulator and in device

Hi
i'm in a big problem ,does android support flash,if yes then is that the ordinary flash that we are using in browser or is there any specialty.

Currently i'm in windowsxp,eclipse (helios)with adt plugin, with android 2.3.1 with api level 9
using the emulator how can i use a flash to play in android

going through lot og googling i'm not getting any solution

what is adobe air etc.......

do i has to create new swf file specially for android by the "AIR runtime FroYo "

- Yes, Android does support flash from Android 2.2
- I think Flash player on Android can play anything the normal computer flash version can play(correct me if i'm wrong)

but my problem is not solved ,from where do i start ,is there any special IDE for developing apk for the flash to play in hte android .
please correct me and give me a starting point to android with flash not FLEX
