Try doing the download again. It takes a few tries.
When it asks you if you want to keep the old file and not the new one, make sure you click NO. I made that mistake, reading it too fast, I thought it said "replace it with a new file" I clicked yes, so the file was not getting replaced.
Took me about 4 tries to get the update right.
