Pandora App genre question

I have an Evo 2.1 with Pandora 1.3

My question, is there an option within the Pandora app to select a genre of music?

I just want to be able to have a choice between rock, country, blues, rap, etc...without having to enter in an artist name or song etc.

The reason i ask...the dreaded iphone 3+4 has this option available within it's Pandora app.

You can create a station and search your genre it will then post all station available that plays your genre then choose which title most appeals you... hope that helps.

I went online with my computer to do this. Very easy.

I know it's a different program, but I also use Slacker radio. It has many genres. Between the two, I never run out of different music.
