Pandora data usage?

3G Watchdog says I've used 26MB today after I streamed Pandora for about 40 minutes, surfed the net for about 10, browsed the Android market and updated some apps.

Based on that I'd guesstimate Pandora alone at about 30MB an hour. Just a guess.
 
Tried out 3G watchdog. I didint even know it existed. I streamed Pandora for 10 minutes and it used aroud 5MB so ur 30MB estimate is close.
 
30 MB per hour is about right. Check out this post at Tested. According to the post, Pandora uses a 64 Kbps bit rate, which translates to about 27.5 MB per hour (not accounting for the overhead of the transmission protocols).
 
I reset my data counter on my phone and ran Pandora. On the low quality audio setting it used about 40mb an hour.on the high quality audio setting,it used about 60mb. Hope this helps answer all the guessing going on.
