Help Pandora Skipping

I can't use my Pandora recently. It keeps skipping. And I don't mean that it won't load and skips to the next song. No this is much, much more annoying. It plays a second, skips about 10 seconds, plays another second, skills a min or two, plays a second, skips again, and plays the last 15 seconds before finally skipping to the next song.

Doesn't matter if im. On WiFi, LTE or 3G. I've tried restarting Pandora, restarting my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled Pandora, and cleared the cashe and all data. More than once.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm having this exact same problem. I've tried the same steps the original poster has tried also. The only solution I found is to switch the audio quality to high quality. However I would prefer to use low quality for data streaming.

Anyone have any ideas?
