Root Pantech breakout stock zip file. Need to return to stock

Please help. I searched high and low. I nees the pantech breakout stock zip to restore my phone back to stock. I looked everywhere and nothong but dead links... Please help

The mediafire links do not work. Also, does that include the latest OTA update?

I didn't make a backup and deleted somthing imortant and need to get back to stock. The Mediafire links only work if you are a Pro member. I think that the BreakoutAllInOne.zip has the stock restore in it. But I have no clue how to load it. I tried putting it on the SD card but the phone can't find it when I go to the restore option. What am I doing wrong?

I tried making a backup, then going into that folder and replacing the recovery image with the stock restore image. When I try to restore it says the MD5 sums don't match.
