Help Pantech Frozen, PLEASE HELP

So i have a Pantech from Verizon.... i brought it to Rite Aid and plugged it in to develope pictures off of it but for some reason it wouldnt work so i took the battery out to get to the memory card so i could just put the memory card into the picture computer at rite aid. A couple hours later i went to turn my phone back on and its just stuck on the start up "pantech" screen. i tried everything, taking the battery out and the sim card... nothing works. What is wrong?

Its from verizon. Its a Pantech 4gLTE ... the model number is ADR8995VW. Does that help?

Sure does help-its a Breakout. Is the device rooted or just stock
