Wipe data cache and DC make a titanium back up of your apps

Are you sure you're using the Tilapia builds?

Its a problem with the ROM , because I flashed the new update and I'm having the same issues as you. So for now I'm waiting for another update

I just installed PA 3.15 and I didn't have that problem, but I did have a bootloop problem because I installed Gapps zip and PAzip at the same time via twrp.
I installed the PA 3.15 then the Gapps, then wiped cache/dalvich and it booted up fine.

but I have a 16 gig wifi and I was installing PA from 4.1.2 so...yeah probably a big difference there.
