Help Parrot 3200ls pairing with galaxy s3

Hi,all just got a galaxy s3 and wanted to pair with parrot 3200ls through the blue tooth,the problem I have is that it pairs together ok,but every time I turn off the car engine ,and back on I have to put in the new pin every time,any body that could help I would be very great full

Sounds like an issue with the Parrot itself. Have you tried connecting via Bluetooth to anything else to see if you can isolate where the problem lies?
