Parse error when installing an apk file

I have a Lenovo A60+ and i'm having a problem installing an apk file. Some of the apk files i've downloaded got installed with no problem. I only have one problem. I can't install this following file: Minecraft PE 7.5.apk

How can i fix a broken apk file?
