Parse errors mean that the package is incompatible with your system or that it's corrupt. The Google Play store checks for compatibility, but it sounds like you're trying to sideload, possibly because the Play store refuses and says the package is incompatible with your device. While it's often wrong, I'm afraid in this case it is probably right.
