Password Manager

Lurker
Hi

Im looking for a password manager which will sync between my 4 devices.
In addition it would be great if there was a wireless sync for backup.

Can someone please help me out.

Thanks,
DG

I swear by LastPass, but you'll need the Premium version for sync on Android, I think.

Hi,

Dave!

We have a very popular Android Password Manager:
Android Market Link to SafeWallet

We have been featured on the Android Market and on a few other markets.

It supports multiple devices sync - Android, iPhone, PC, Mac, BlackBerry, Palm and even Symbian. We run against a local secure database and not try to access the cloud each time you need a password (like last pass does). We support cloud sync via dropbox and local wifi sync. We have a windows client and have browser plugins for Firefox (IE out in the next few days and Chrome coming out in the next week or two). We have a loving community and a loyal fan base and would be happy to have you try us out.
You can also use SafeWallet to store not only passwords but lots of other types of sensitive data (such as PIN codes, notes, ID and more).

For more information visit our site:

Cheers

I like KeePass the client is open source and very configureable. allows for encryption, multiple layers of security, and the dbase is "local", although I keep it on dropbox (it's encrypted) so I can access it from all devices.

The problem with it, is that it's not super easy to configure.

i use a password protected MS Word File with Strong Encryption and Documents To Go. the beauty is you can open this file on any device in the world with MS Word or Docs To Go. Docs To Go supports Office 2007+ Super Strong 128 Bit Encryption/Password.

i like the free-flow format and the open standard of an MS Word File. i don't like relying on some mom and pop locked black box proprietary closed format. and MS Word and Docs To Go is free if you already have it.

i then use Dropbox and simply dump this Word file in my Dropbox so it is available to me from any device anywhere in the world and it is always updated and in sync.

+1 for lastpass although (as already stated) you need to pay for premium to sync to android. Well worth it, though.
