Password problems

I have the quickpic app and i have my account set up and everything with lots of photos ...my only 2 problems are;
1- I forgot my cm cloud password (pattern) and I've tried finding where or if I could change it but couldn't find anything to do with that, and...
2- I backed up a bunch of photos then I went onto my cm a count online and there's no photos, no folders no nothing! ...
Any help would be great thank you very much for whoever takes they're time to help! It's greatly appreciated.. I have a bunch of photos of my daughter on there that I can't get to

If you got no other recovery options. Think you may have to contact Cheetah Mobile for account resets and recovery options.
