Attend a monthly meeting where WiFi is available. Password String is long and I write to inquire if android can store the password

Your phone will automatically save the password, and it will connect with the network the next time you use it. So no need to worry. Unless you have manually deleted the network off of your phone with the 'forget network' option
The only way to see the saved passwords, is if your phone is rooted, then there are apps that will show you the password.
I would suggest you save the password somewhere else, and then you can use it in case you get a new phone before the next meeting.
I send such passwords to myself in an email, that way i always have access to them
