How do I deactivate password required by Razr Android and vibrating when texting?

I think you mean password lock on the phone itself. If you go into settings->security->screen lock you can change what method the phone uses or remove the lock altogether.
For your second question, go to settings->sound and there should be an option to enable/disable haptic feedback or vibration feedback.
I don't have the same phone, so things may not be in those exact places, but it should get you close.
