I don't do much on phone, but I have changed phones, somehow it's like someone is in charge other than me. I miss text and calls. Pls help

Please elaborate further and be specific on the issues that you're facing so that AF members can help by:
Giving Device Name and Model
Missing calls and texts can have many causes. Password or PIN changes (mentioned only in the title) are different - can you give more information about that?
Have you secures your Gmail account? Two-factor authentication is a must, so if you don't have that turn it on now, and review the devices that have accessed the account (looking for any you don't recognise).
